Gregory P. Johnson (Greg)
President and Chief Executive Officer of LMJ Int'l. Greg is a Certified Nuclear Q.A. Lead Auditor and Certified Environmental Specialist (CES) with over 20 years experience in quality and environmental management audits, program development and auditor training. He is responsible for the design and development of the RAB accredited EMS Lead Auditors Course. This is the first course in the world approved in the U.S. specifically tailored to the ISO 14000 series of standards. Author of "The ISO 14000 EMS Audit Handbook" (St. Lucie/CRC Press, 1996), Greg was "born and raised" into the concepts and techniques of management system auditing. Son of L. Marvin Johnson, world recognized pioneer in quality management systems audit and author of the internationally recognized book, "Quality Assurance Program Evaluation."
L. Marvin Johnson
L. Marvin Johnson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of L. Marvin Johnson and Associates, Inc. He is a Registered Professional Industrial Engineer and Professional Quality Engineer with forty-eight years of experience in quality assurance and related fields. He regularly lectures and conducts quality audit courses for industrial contractors, government agencies, NASA centers, utilities, DOE, United Kingdom (CEGB, IQA), Italian (CNEN), Mexican (CFE), British Ministry of Defense and L. Marvin Johnson Japan Inc., our affiliate. L. Marvin Johnson is the author of "Quality Assurance Program Evaluation" and "Quality Assurance Evaluator's Workbook," which were the first texts in the world published for performing intensive quality audits. He is certified by IQA/IRCA of the United Kingdom as a Lead Instructor. He earned a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1949.
Pete Dell
Over 25 years of experience in the environmental, safety and health management field. As Director of Faculty and Curriculum - Environmental Response Systems, he has been named to the Universities of Cincinnati and Findlay as an adjunct professor. Author of numerous publications on management, Mr. Dell is a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and recipient of the prestigious Insurance Institute of America's Academic Excellence Award.
Erik Myhrberg
Erik Myhrberg is a skilled consultant and trainer who centers on firms seeking ISO 9000 (QMS) and ISO 14000 (EMS) conformance or registration. Areas of expertise include Aerospace AS9000 & D1-9000, Manufacturing QS9000 & FMEA, electronics, machining, high-technology and service sectors both domestically and internationally. Erik is a registered Lead Auditor under IRCA and an Associate Auditor under EARA. He is a senior member of ASQ, a member of the WTC, SEMT, and was honorably discharged from the USMCR. Erik holds advanced degrees in International Management from Thunderbird.
Fernando L. Rodriguez, P.E.
Fernando Rodriguez has over 20 years experience in industrial process and environmental engineering and operations. As President/CEO of a chemical/environmental engineering firm since March of 1980, Fernando has obtained extensive experience in the management and coordination of industrial/government projects in water/wastewater treatment, air pollution control, hazardous waste treatment and disposal and safety/industrial hygiene monitoring. Serving over 100 clients in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Central and South America and the U.S. mainland, he has been a Certified Field Trainer for the Environmental Information Association, licensed Certified Environmental Inspector and is also a Diplomat Environmental Engineer of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers (AAEE).
Chris Lair
Mr. Chris Lair is a graduate of the Wichita State University, 1966, with a B.A. in psychology and mathematics. In 1992, he completed his M.B.A. at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Lair had been involved in manufacturing for over 30 years in the aerospace industry, serving as engineer and manager of engineering sections. In 1982 he founded Precision Composites Inc., which specialized in the design and manufacture of high technology composite components for aerospace applications. Mr. Lair has been involved in preparing and teaching classes related to quality systems for the last 10 years. As a member of the American Society for Quality, he also achieved status as a certified Quality Engineer. Mr. Lair serves as the president of E.C.T., Inc., which is a consulting company specializing in quality system development, engineering, and software design. He is the managing director of Mid-America Quality Registrations, in Wichita.

Jim Leemann is a consultant, educator, and author. His consulting firm, The Leemann Group, guides clients through innovative approaches to redesigning work processes to deliver value-adding services while improving decision-making from the factory floor to senior management. He currently holds an appointment as an adjunct assistant professor teaching in the Center for Applied Environmental Public Health. He teaches occupational health and safety management, air pollution and health, and environmental health.
Dr. Leemann has more than 30 years experience in corporate and business-line management of safety, health, and environmental functions. His consulting activities focus on systems thinking and interactive planning, organizational learning, organizational development and change, competency science, and strategic and operational planning. His Ph.D. is in systemic management and he is a member of the International Society for the Systems Sciences, the American Society of Safety Engineers, the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the Air and Waste Management Association. He has recently completed the IEMA approved and RAB accredited ISO 14000 Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor training course and has applied for certification.
